ISO 22301 standard provides a set of requirements to establish business continuity management (BCM). However, it is essential to understand how each BCM process (e.g. business impact analysis, risk assessment, business continuity strategies and solutions, business continuity plans and procedures and exercise program) is interconnected in order to establish an effective BCM framework for the organization. This 2-days course is led by an instructor who has over a decade of experience and familiarity with Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). The training material is built from ISO 22313, ISO 22317, ISO 22331, ISO 22332, ISO 22398 and related international standard and leading practice but reorganized into an easy-to understand format.
